Before sending us the reservation form please contact us by e-mail or on the stated telephone numbers to make sure the apartment you are interested in is available in the required period. Upon filling in and submitting the reservation form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your reservation. The payment for the apartment is to be made on site upon your arrival in our office, located in the very same building. We accept payment by Visa Card, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB. It is also possible to pay in cash in CZK, EUR, USD, and GBP. We provide an additional 5 % discount on a cash payment in CZK! Under standard circumstances (i.e., in case the apartment is occupied), the check-in hour is at 2 p.m. and check-out hour at 11 a.m. Upon demand, after the check out your luggage can be deposited in a luggage room until your departure, or your reservation can be extended till the night of the same day for a charge of 50 % of the apartment price per night. Reservation may be cancelled in an electronic form or by fax, not by a telephone call! The cancellation shall contain your order number, assigned to you upon the confirmation of your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled four or more days before the arrival, no cancellation charge is required. If the reservation is cancelled within the period of three days to one day before the arrival, an amount of 50 % of the total price for the apartment will be requested. In case of no show or cancellation on the date of the arrival, 90 % of the price will be requested. Should you have any more questions, do not hesaitate to contact us via e-mail or phone.
